Position Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage Blueprint Project which includes 200 homes over the next 13 months. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for homeowners, coordinates with production crews and subcontractors, and manages all aspects of project execution to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all TBF projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough.

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and addressing questions or concerns.

• Coordinate scheduling of crews, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain project timelines.

• Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners and production teams to review project scope and expectations.

• Monitor job progress, ensuring workmanship and quality meet company and manufacturer standards.

• Track and manage project budgets, identifying and resolving variances proactively.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

• Handle change orders, ensuring clear communication and documentation with homeowners and the production team.

• Conduct final project walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate job records and reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, remodeling, or related fields (basement finishing experience preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Leadership skills to motivate and guide production teams and subcontractors.
