The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to join our expanding team.
You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive eDiscovery Services to clients across both public and private sectors, ensuring work is performed to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely support.
- Conduct end-to-end e-discovery matters, including data identification, preservation, and analysis.
- Perform data collections from cloud-based platforms and physical sources
- Attend onsite data collections when required
- Process and cull large datasets using Relativity
- Execute keyword searches and create saved searches in Relativity to support case strategy
- Manage productions and generate load files for disclosure using Relativity
- Deliver best practice advice and technical guidance to clients throughout project lifecycles
- Provide platform training and support to clients to ensure effective tool usage
- Apply sound judgment and make independent decisions
- Balance and prioritise multiple concurrent projects in line with client and internal objectives
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining quality standards
- Ensuring that the company’s quality procedures ISO 17025 and 9001 are robustly adhered to
- Ensuring that the company’s security procedures ISO 27001 are robustly adhered to
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2 - 3 years’ experience working on E-discovery cases
- Proven experience with Relativity One
- Experience in data collections and processing
Desirable Skills
- Relativity Certifications
