Your Role

 

We’re looking for a Risk Culture Specialist to help us assess and strengthen risk culture across IAG. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of behavioural science, organisational development and enterprise risk, supporting initiatives that shape how risk is understood, lived, and embedded.

 

In your role, you’ll work closely with our Risk Culture & Conduct team to deliver our annual risk culture assessments, deliver behavioural assessments and translate insights into meaningful actions that shape our culture and meet regulatory expectations.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position open to applicants across Australia, with a preference for those based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).

 

About You

 

You’re curious, analytical, and a can communicate insights clearly. You’re confident working with data and insights building relationships and adapting to change. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across diverse teams to drive meaningful outcomes.

 

You will:

 

  • Support the delivery of Group and divisional risk culture assessments
  • Support delivery of behavioural assessments such as focus groups
  • Analyse and synthesise data to identify cultural themes and risk behaviours
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable presentations and frameworks
  • Collaborate across Risk, People & Culture and Divisions to enable effective action planning
  • Bring 3–5 year’s experience in a relevant field, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
