We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in this newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our workplace culture, attract top-tier talent, and make a direct impact on employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in both talent acquisition and employee relations, supporting our HR strategy while helping foster a positive, high-performance environment aligned with our core values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create targeted recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Use diverse recruitment tools and platforms to build talent pipelines.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and recommend enhancements to improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay current on labor market trends and develop proactive strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and recruitment partners.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and policy questions.
- Conduct thorough investigations and document outcomes related to workplace issues.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Analyze employee relations trends and develop strategies to enhance engagement and workplace culture.
This is a flexible hybrid role, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week. This position could be a great fit for you if you have well-honed employee relation skills and a desire to make a meaningful impact along with the following:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting (manufacturing or life sciences preferred).
- Strong background in employee relations.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
- Prior payroll experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, particularly in recruiting and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability present complex HR concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Curious and eager to learn about our business and industry.
Starting Salary: $75,000 - $88,000
