Our Community Resource Center is seeking a Director of Community Services that will:
- Be responsible for supervision, implementation, and day-to-day oversight of a variety of programs and services in the Community Services department to ensure all program deliverables are met.
- Provide customer support for programs and services in the department as needed.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of agency volunteer and internship opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with youth service providers in capacity building and developing direct supports for youth and their families.
- Work with providers and stakeholders to collaboratively understand and support needs of the community. Establish and maintain partnerships that meet program, agency, and customer needs.
- Provide management and professional development support to assigned staff.
- Assist with the development of program services that align with the needs of the community, such as community events and educational opportunities.
- Provide ongoing supports to ensure the compliance of programs, through data, monitoring, and evaluation of program goals and requirements. Understand funding source regulations and design policy and procedures as needed.
- Assist with the development of short- and long-term program growth strategies towards the goal of continuous quality improvement, meeting community needs, and supporting strategic organizational initiatives.
- Participate in grant development and contract management activities, including development of proposed work plans, monitoring deliverables, program compliance, policy development, and budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance, recordkeeping, and complete reporting as required by agency and funding sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred or equivalent combination of education plus 5 years’ experience in a Management-level position.
- High proficiency with computer skills, specifically Microsoft office, email and website access.
- Previous experience in management and the target population.
- Previous experience with collaborative partnerships.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Candidates must be able to work in the US without the need for Visa Sponsorship
