As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with logistics managers, warehouse operators, and e-commerce sellers to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions. No prior sales hunting experience? No problem. We provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce sectors
- Conduct in-person meetings with operations leaders, supply chain managers, and marketplace sellers
- Present and promote transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse optimization tools, and e-commerce support services
- Educate clients on cost savings, operational efficiency, and scalability benefits
- Collaborate with internal logistics and tech teams to support client onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related fields preferred)
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive spirit with a passion for results and learning
- Ability to travel locally and manage your own schedule
- No prior sales experience required—just the drive to succeed
