SUMMARY:
The Travel Provider & Quality Specialist (NP or PA) serves as both a clinical provider and a quality assurance leader across all Limitless Male clinic locations. This role requires extensive overnight travel (up to 90%) to provide coverage during provider absences and to support training, mentorship, and quality assurance initiatives.
You will be instrumental in upholding The Limitless Way by ensuring procedures, patient care standards, and policies are consistently followed, while coaching and mentoring providers to deliver excellent patient experiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct patient care as a licensed NP or PA at any Limitless Male clinic as needed (coverage for PTO, staffing shortages, or illness).
- Travel weekly across all clinic locations (7 states), with assignments lasting full weeks at a time.
- Serve as a Quality Assurance leader by observing clinical practices, reviewing adherence to protocols, and coaching providers.
- Train, mentor, and support new and existing providers, ensuring alignment with Limitless Male standards of care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to assess clinic performance, create action plans, and follow up on quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for new treatments, policy updates, and system rollouts.
- Promote a patient-first culture while holding teams accountable to The Limitless Way.
- Document clinic visits, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in at least one of the following states: NE, IA, SD, ND, KS, MO, or CO. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- Board certification required.
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing NP or PA; men’s health, hormone therapy, or related specialty preferred.
- Prior experience in training, mentorship, or clinical quality oversight strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 90% of the time; assignments may last full weeks at a time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR systems (RXNT preferred), and clinical documentation.
