Description

Typical responsibilities included (but not limited to):

1. Setup and deploy hardware and software for current and new employees.

2. Diagnose and resolve end-user printer problems.

3. Diagnose and resolve laptop and desktop problems including email, internet, and Microsoft Office issues.

4. Diagnose and work with System Administrator to resolve connectivity issues.

5. Work with the System Administrator on special projects to improve the technical infrastructure.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. One year technical support experience

3. Proficient with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems

4. Additional IT Education or Experience a plus
