As a Unit Coordinator you will:
* Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
* Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
* Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
* Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance
* Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions

Qualifications for a Unit Coordinator:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office products
* Current CNA license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
