 What you need:

• 3+ years experience in Business reporting or broader IT
• 1+ years of experience in Business Intelligence role.
• Verifiable track record of effective technical proficiency with business intelligence tools
• Ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels inside the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
• Ability to understand and implement business intelligence tools, such as Domo.
• Experience in a Microsoft environment preferred, Active Directory, GPO, Server 2012R2 and newer.
• Associates degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science or equivalent work experience required.

 What you will do:

• Gathers business intelligence needs from a variety of internal stakeholders.
• Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor key business metrics.
• Interprets business needs and develops business intelligence tools and reports to meet those needs.
• Identifies business needs and creates a suitable business intelligence strategy
• Compiles stakeholder feedback on Business Intelligence tools to support actionable recommendations.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
• Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
