Sales Manager

WESTPAK is seeking a proven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage a personal book of business. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, developing strategy, and ensuring WESTPAK achieves its ambitious goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering accountability and success.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities and team results, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Drive disciplined use of the CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage opportunities and track performance.
- Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Oversee quotation reviews, opportunity management, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure alignment with risk management through effective contract oversight.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, marketing, and account owners to optimize outcomes.
- Conduct monthly account and performance reviews with the SVP.
- Participate in monthly ride-along with account owners to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements for Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong record of closing complex sales within a service-oriented company.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Industry experience in packaging, testing, or related services strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage resources in a matrixed environment.
- Self-directed, results-driven, and motivated to exceed goals.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.

Currently anticipated salary range- $ 135-150k total compensation at plan includes both base compensation and a incentive based earning opportunity at plan.
