JOB SUMMARY:
This role seeks an operations guru who is equally skilled in finance and reporting, as they are in helping run an organized (yet creatively inspiring) ship! Do you enjoy being at the center of running a strong creative team and optimizing how it functions? This role dual reports into the Director of Production NU and Director of Operations and functions as their right hand in running their sizable teams. This high-visibility role requires someone skilled in resourcing, financial reporting, project management, and conveying complex information into actionable insights. All while championing the creative environment and output of a best-in-class production team.
Location: NYC- midtown, Hybrid, 3 days on site at Omnicom Production office
Salary Rate Range: $70k - $85k
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and oversee the daily operations of the production department.
- Partner with department leadership on operational projects, departmental planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Track department utilization, SOWs, timelines, and completion reports, identify proactive needs and opportunities as a result.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and project delivery as needed.
- Develop presentations and communications for internal and executive stakeholders alike
- Operate as a project manager, supporting our production team on a wide-variety of projects
- Organizing and archiving finished assets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of Creative Resourcing, Production, or Project Management experience in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Expertise in data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Tableau, PowerPoint/Slides/Keynote, Airtable)
- Adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Fiscally minded, able to track SOWs, financial reporting, tracking, reconciliation against budgets in collaboration with finance and leadershi
- Ability to communicate project needs and goals across teams.
- Skilled problem-solver, someone who remains calm under pressure and agile decision maker
- Strong presentation development and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate distilling raw data, and crafting narratives.
