Job Purpose
You are the heartbeat of our Alpharetta venue. As General Manager, you lead the team, run the show on the floor, and make sure every guest walks out smiling. You will oversee daily operations, guest experience, event management, team development, and P&L performance. You will work closely with your Area Manager, Central Office, and teams in Marketing, HR, and Tech to deliver results, track KPIs, and continue to grow and strengthen a thriving entertainment venue. A key part of your role is driving group and event sales, building relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to keep the venue full and energized.
What You Will Do
Lead and inspire a team of 4 to 6, creating a culture of service, energy, and accountability
Welcome and engage guests with personality and enthusiasm, making every visit memorable
Host and guide teams through games, keeping sessions lively and seamless
Drive local marketing and event initiatives for school breaks, holidays, corporate groups, and kids parties to grow bookings and walk in traffic
Build and close group booking opportunities with businesses, schools, and community partners, highlighting the value of our unique experiences
Manage payroll, labor scheduling, P&L, and all aspects of venue performance
Track and act on KPIs such as revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and reviews
Step onto the floor and run shifts when needed to keep operations smooth and guests happy
Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and always ready to impress
Recruit, train, and develop team members who deliver consistent, high energy service
Partner with Marketing, HR, and Tech to roll out new ideas and keep the guest experience fresh
What We Need From You
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or entertainment venues
Proven ability to grow revenue, deliver exceptional guest service, and manage costs effectively
Experience handling P&L, labor planning, and POS systems
Strong knowledge of safety and compliance requirements
Preferred Experience
Success in food and beverage, sales, or event based environments
Skilled in using CRM, POS, and scheduling systems
Experience creating and executing local marketing campaigns and building community partnerships

Compensation
Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, competitive within the hospitality and entertainment market in Alpharetta
Bonus: Up to 10 percent annual performance based incentive
