This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel.
What you´ll do
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating equipment
- Sets up and executes production goals for plant personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Ensure all 5S and housekeeping standards are followed and maintained
- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Coaches and counsels' operations personnel in the assignment of duties
- Analyzes and resolves production issues to include enforcing labor relation's policies and resolving grievances.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Ability to motivate and engage direct reports to meet targets
- Minimum 3 years working in chemical manufacturing with supervising direct reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication and detail-oriented required
Six Sigma / Lean Training preferred

The salary for this role is $80,000.00- $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
