Director of R&D bei Wasatch Labs

Company:

Will train, encourage and mentor existing lab technicians and formulation chemists, as well as hire new employees as needed.

Will work with company account managers to support the technical needs and questions of customers through their product development process.

Will work with the process engineering team to prepare scale-up manufacturing procedures.

Manage stability testing program for cosmetic/personal care products.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience working in the personal care/cosmetic/OTC industry.  We prefer candidates to have both hands-on benchtop formulation experience and leadership/management experience.

Must be able to multitask efficiently and effectively.

Must have proficient computer and typing skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
