The VIE will play a crucial role in our financial operations, specifically focusing on the company's financial consolidation and reporting processes. 

The VIE will be responsible for:

  • Financial Consolidation: Gathering and consolidating financial data from our various entities on a monthly and quarterly basis to produce consolidated financial statements in compliance with Group standards.
  • Group Reporting: Preparing and submitting detailed performance reports to Group management, highlighting key financial indicators, variances, and trends.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Performing ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of our controlling and reporting tools and processes.

  • Master’s Degree in Business & Administration or Science/Engineering. Specialization in Finance.    
  • Experience in accounting, business data analysis, BI Tools, Google Workplace, Excel, SAP (not mandatory)    
  • Languages    
  • English fluency is mandatory
  • German language is optional/nice to have

Position based in Huelva (Spain) then Rotterdam and Netherlands for a period of 24 months.

The Operations Control Team has 5 employees from different nationalities, expertise and professional background. The common spoken languages within the team are English and German.
With a hierarchical dependency from the CFO, the Operations Control Team interacts with stakeholders from the Business (Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations) and the Corporate Functions Departments (such as Finance, HR, Procurement…).
