Volunteer Position
Disability & Neurodivergence Alliance Members:
- Event Coordinator (1)
- Marketing Coordinator (1)
- Outreach/Sponsorship Coordinator (1)

Time Commitment
8 month-term from September 2025 to April 30th, 2026 with a time commitment of 3-4 hours/week.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Event Coordinator (1):
- Carry out the necessary tasks to bring respective events to life!
- Purchase materials to run events, staying in budget
- Coordinate with partner clubs & organizations to plan collaborative events

- Attend weekly meetings and communicate with team
- Marketing Coordinator (1):
- Manage DNA’s social media page, posting content regularly and responding to direct messages
- Oversees all social media platforms to enhance ASUS's online presence and engagement.
- Use Instagram reels to engage audiences
- Develop marketing materials that align with DNA goals
- Attend weekly meetings and communicate with team
- Outreach/Sponsorship Coordinator (1):
Build connections to support and grow DNA’s presence and initiatives!- Reach out to potential sponsors, partners, and local businesses for collaborations and event support
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing sponsors and community partners
- Draft and send sponsorship packages tailored to specific events and goals
- Collaborate with the Event and Marketing Coordinators to align outreach efforts with programming and promotion
- Seek opportunities to increase DNA’s visibility within the community and on campus
- Attend weekly meetings and communicate with team
