A bit about your role
The Fixed Wireless & Satellite Assurance Specialist provides expert support to the Service Assurance team, focusing on incident management, escalation handling, and delivery of complex programs of work across the nbn™ network.
The role involves triaging and resolving Fixed Wireless and Satellite incidents, maintaining accurate records through Salesforce, and ensuring service levels are met. It requires strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams, offshore partners, and external service providers to drive timely, customer-focused outcomes.
The specialist contributes to process improvement, reporting, and capability uplift, while supporting strategic initiatives such as Truck Roll Reduction and Omni. Collaboration, analytical thinking, and a commitment to service excellence are key to success in this position.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate has a background in telecommunications or IT, with hands-on experience in customer operations, service activation, and technical support. They are confident working independently, managing multiple tasks, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key competencies include proficiency in Microsoft Office, clear and professional communication, adaptability to change, and a strong focus on customer service. The candidate demonstrates a commitment to safety, adheres to organisational policies, and contributes to a collaborative, risk-aware work environment.
