Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Remote, Portland OR or Las Vegas, NV strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Department: Facilities / Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance and facilities tickets for 120 Orangetheory Fitness Studios. The ideal candidate will help ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also providing excellent support to regional studio staff and vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with studio staff and external vendors.
  • Monitor and manage service contracts (e.g., HVAC, Cardio equipment, pest control etc.)
  • Maintain records related to building maintenance, inspections, and service logs.
  • Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects.
  • Respond to and manage facility-related tickets and requests through internal systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and or facility management software (e.g., CMMS)
  • Experience in vendor and contractor management.
  • Familiarity with building codes and compliance standards.
  • Working knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
