Location Requirements: You will be required to work out of our major hub locations (Seattle, Scottsdale, Atlanta & Boston)

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
Solutions Architects are required to be based from one of Axon’s hub locations and be able to travel up to 25%. These roles work closely with public safety agencies and other clients to deploy and optimize Axon’s software solutions, often acting as the technical translator between stakeholders and developers. Expect to lead IT systems analysis, recommend improvements, and manage deployments—both remotely and on-site. You'll also dive into integration work, from scoping and coding to testing and launching, ensuring seamless interoperability between Axon and third-party systems. Ultimately, it’s a hybrid role that blends coding chops, project coordination, and customer-facing finesse.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 108,750 in the lowest geographic market and USD 174,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
