Role: BI Innovation Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end BI architectures that embed AI models and GenAI capabilities into reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
• Enable natural language to query (NLQ) in conversational BI interface for self-service analytics with scenario simulation capabilities
• Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to allow AI to reference enterprise data when generating insights.
• Ensure AI-generated insights in BI are transparent, bias-checked, and compliant.
• Publish internal playbooks on AI in BI best practices and technical and pre-sales documentation
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and AI-ready data flows into BI tools.
• Work closely with BI developers, UX designers, and AI engineers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure performance, accuracy, and governance in AI-powered BI capabilities.

Desired  Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in AI/ML and BI analytics.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics or related technical fields
• Proven expertise in integrating AI into business analytics workflows.
• Preferred experience in LangChain, LlamaIndex, GPT-4, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, React, Streamlit
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross functional teams
• Familiarity with multiple domains (e.g., CPG, pharma, BFSI) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity working with international stakeholders in a consultative environment
