About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management. As a Personal Assistant you will:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including proactive diary management and email management where required, looking to anticipate and address any issues that arise or items that can be actioned on their behalf.
Support the CEO’s EA with in-office events (town halls, team events, social activities) and provide support for the Senior Leader’s conference logistics
Coordinating travel arrangements (domestic) and ensuring that meetings around the travel are the best use of the leaders’ time.
Help manage the workload and ensure that the leaders are always well prepared for meetings and deadlines.
Assist in the preparation of agendas, pre-reading materials and action items for team meetings ensuring the leaders have adequate time to prepare for each session.
Co-ordinate the teams contribution to business reports to ensure the operating rhythm is met.
Assist with the coordination of Town Halls, offsites etc including room or venue bookings, travel where required, other logistics and catering.
Ensure credit card expenses are processed within policy and business timeframes. Oversee expense submissions from team members to ensure they are in accordance with the policy. Process manual invoices as required.
Team support: maintain staff lists, email distribution groups and mail listings. Active involvement in developing a positive team culture and maintaining the high levels of moral within the teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
High levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, initiative and planning. As well as the ability to work with ever changing priorities.
Outstanding diary management, planning and organisation skills.
Able to work within a dynamic team environment
Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously across four leaders and their Leadership team.
Can do attitude and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
