Position: Workday Technical Analyst 3
Experience: 5 years to 7.5 years
Job Location: Chennai / Bangalore/ Pune / Hyderabad
Technical Skills Required: Workday Technical, HCM, Configuration, Workday Studio,EIB, XSLT, Integration Security, PECI, - Workday Release Management
What you'll bring:
- A Minimum of 3-Years Experience of Workday Configuration, preferably in a SME role.
- Experience on integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Expertise in ERP Security and Supported as an SME across project for various clients
- Demonstratable in depth experience of working with and carrying out, the Configuration on at least one of these Workday modules: Recruiting, HCM (including core comp), Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Security, Absence.
- Be able to demonstrate hands on experience using EIBs across multiple template types.
- Show a good understanding of the Employee lifecycle through Workday.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate, learn, share knowledge, prioritise, and adapt in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Test Management / Change Control Tools i.e Jira, Service Now
- Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and their application across complex technology estates.
- Ability to partner with the Business to bring their requirements to life, from the initial request through all the steps to production.
- Perform analysis to validate business assumptions and requirements
- Ability to handle non-routine queries and resolve issues from the application of previous experience.
What you'll do:
- Partnering with HR, Working Groups and the wider Business, as subject matter expert, to provide expertise and direction for solutions on HR Tools and systems.
- Providing governance direction for solutions, ensuring the solution design align with prevailing Technology strategy and relevant technology & corporate policies (such as security, data management, retention and GDPR).
- Identifying the key technologies, components and practices that will deliver value to Sky and deliver the Business requirement.
- Manage, perform and communicate the execution of system changes & enhancements (projects, updates, releases, integrations, new configurations).
- Participate in configuration design and development: Data Structure, Security, Business Process and Role design.
- Be responsible for supporting the analysis, design and delivery of the HR Systems solution, including creation of test scenarios, performing functional tests, support of users during testing and defect resolution.
- For each Business requirement, produce and maintain relevant documentation in an agreed format & location.
- Maintaining your own personal skills and knowledge in the field of HR Systems and Solutions Design as well as mentoring / knowledge sharing with others in the Team.
