  • Customer Consulting: You serve as the primary technical contact for our customers regarding screw compressors and related applications. This includes analyzing customer requirements and providing guidance on suitable solutions.

  • Solution Development: You collaborate closely with Sales and Product Development to design customized technical solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

  • Product Presentation: You conduct technical product presentations both on-site and virtually. Additionally, you provide training for customers on product applications, materials, and relevant standards.

  • Offer Support: You contribute to the preparation of technical offers and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer specifications.

  • Market Observation: You monitor market trends, analyze customer demands, and identify new business opportunities for our fastening solutions, particularly in industrial applications.

  • Business development: Based on the market experiences and application know how you are driving and pushing the business by acquisition of new clients and in new markets.

  • Education: Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Production Technology, or a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience.

  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of compression of gases.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical drawings, materials science, manufacturing processes, and standards related to fastening technology.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel on a regular base to customer sites and support projects internationally.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, technical understanding, and the ability to clearly explain complex topics – in both German and English.
