WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges of our clients.
Extract valuable information from unstructured and large data sources.
Create and lead the development of AI/ML-driven solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives from our clients and translate them into ML/AI solutions.
Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Take on functional leadership responsibilities and support other data scientists in their professional development.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Must-have skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5 or more years of relevant work experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
Proven experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on practical applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLTK).
Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
Good command of SQL.
