Job Title: Senior Associate Product Manager

The SIS Senior Associate Product Manager will work closely with the engineering and development team to guide the development of our next generation Alarm Monitoring Product.  This position will coordinate the relationships between SIS’ business, technology, and design priorities.  You will be a key contributor to defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.  Your central priorities will be to align, balance, and optimize customer requirements and our business growth objectives. 

Key performance metrics will include QA/QC metrics, NPS scores, release quality surveys, case load management efficiency

Primary Responsibilities.  This position will:

  • Enable and lead the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product
  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities, conducting market research and analyzing competitors. 
  • Collaborate and partner with growth, engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch the product, managing the product lifecycle. 
  • Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and create roadmaps to guide development. 
  • Oversee product launch, project planning and implementation, monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and iterating on the product. 

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship high-impact modernization features
  • Use human centered design principles to uncover user pain points and shape a forward looking product vision
  • Engage regularly with users to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Define clear product requirements and user stories to support agile planning and execution
  • Lead journey mapping and design workshops to reimagine legacy workflows with modern best practices
  • Prototype and test new features while applying strategic thinking and technical fluency
  • Deliver phased updates (POCs, MVPs, and full releases) with a focus on agility and scalability
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders including marketing and sales on market strategy
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse teams
  • Leverage user and business insights to drive impactful modernization decisions
  • Document and share tools, processes, and insights to inform future product growth

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or product management, with a foundation in full-stack development and REST API design
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and Python, and frameworks like Angular
  • Prior exposure to internal enterprise platforms and a willingness to understand the challenges in modernizing mature systems
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and translate between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience defining user stories, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing for business impact
  • Passion for building intuitive, scalable, and reliable tools for users
  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, iterative approach to delivery
  • Leadership experience including launching and running programs
  • A growth mindset and curiosity about modernizing established platforms in a fast moving organization

Special Requirements:

  • US Citizen, with SECRET clearance or ability/desire to obtain a SECRET clearance.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS applications operating in a public cloud infrastructure including Google, AWS, Azure.
  • Previous experience working at a medium to large company engaging division-to-division personnel and central teams.

Desired Requirements:

  • Project planning certification (or a desire to attain such)
  • Agile Training (or a desire to attain such)

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel is required up to 1 time per month and up to 3 days per trip.  This is a fully remote position. Worksites are unanticipated. Work from home benefit available.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to 110,000 USD per year in most US locations. EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
