The Project Manager will serve as a key representative of the company, responsible for managing the overall project direction, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction. The right candidate will bring strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets, and experience in industrial, healthcare, mission critical/data centers, aviation, large-scale manufacturing, cold storage, or sports/recreational facilities.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead project teams through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, driving tasks to meet critical milestones
Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and performance management
Manage budgets, job cost forecasting, and change orders to ensure profitability
Partner with Superintendents to support field execution and project delivery
Serve as the primary client-facing representative, fostering strong professional relationships
Lead OAC, preconstruction, and subcontractor coordination meetings
Ensure strict compliance with company safety and quality control standards
Administer contracts, permits, and all closeout requirements
Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
Proven ability to manage projects valued at $25M–$50M+
Strong understanding of design-build or CM-at-risk delivery models
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $110K–$150K+ (DOE, project size, and qualifications)
