Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations of our automated manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and ensuring the overall efficiency and reliability of all production machinery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Management Experience: Demonstrates experience in management roles related to operations, maintenance, engineering, or process improvement including supervising teams.
• Time Management: Proficiency in multitasking and effective prioritization is vital, especially in a fast paced environment.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, maintenance management software, excel and data analysis.

Required Skills

• (15) + years or more as a Maintenance Manager for a Manufacturing Facility
• (15) + years of managerial maintenance experience, in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Ensure that the equipment is capable of making product to specification at a rate to achieve
• Production schedule, targeted efficiencies, and operation at design specifications
• Support daily operational troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Implement and share best practices
• Ensure a safe working environment for team associates
