Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Full-time, non-exempt position
• $40,000 - $42,000 yearly salary with Raleigh, NC based company

• Opportunity to bring your passion for sustainability and clean energy to work The Builder Services Administrative Assistant works with the Builder Services Support Team to ensure our builders and developers receive a final product that meets SEM’s high standard of quality. This position is data entry heavy. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter, highly organized, focused with great attention to detail, positive and enthusiastic, steady under pressure, and driven to succeed with a strong commitment to sustainable energy and business practices. Primarily remote; however, possible need for pre-arranged meetings and events.
What you will do in this role:
• Create job entries and schedule services using email, external builder portals, and our internal scheduling system.
• Support the builder services and scheduling team with various data entry tasks and projects.
• Assist with maintenance of data in our internal portal to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with our multifaceted team to make sure invoiced dollars align with scheduled services, and that data is accurately updated and added to our portal with a low margin of error.
• Self-manage your workload, primarily entering data from builders’ portals into our internal portal.
• Analyze and report on accomplished work to track key performance indicators.
• Wear a variety of hats and take on new accountabilities as our team’s needs call for them.
Required Qualifications:
• Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and energy efficiency; wants to be part of a B-Corp company embracing SEM’s core values.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain one's own schedule and tasks independently.
• Flexible, eager to learn and willing to do whatever it takes to make each project and our team at SEM successful.
• Ability to work variable hours intermittently; After 5pm and on weekends.
• Flexibility to toggle between dynamic and repetitive, consistent work. What You’ll Learn and Achieve:

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites and the ability to navigate web-based platforms.
• Knowledge of sustainability, construction, and/or building science
