The Trust Temporary Document Scanner plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and organization of sensitive financial documents within the Trust and Investment department. This position is responsible for digitizing physical documents, which enhances accessibility and streamlines the retrieval process for team members. By converting paper records into electronic formats, the Temporary Trust Document Scanner contributes to the overall efficiency of the organization and supports compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all scanned documents, ensuring that sensitive information is handled with the utmost care. Ultimately, the Temporary Trust Document Scanner helps facilitate a more organized and efficient workflow, enabling the team to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Temporary Trust Responsibilities Include:
- Scan and digitize a variety of financial documents, ensuring high quality images and accurate data capture.
- Quality Control: Verify the quality and legibility of scanned documents according to organizational and department guidelines.
- Organize and categorize scanned documents in electronic filing system for easy retrieval and reference.
- Data Entry: Enter relevant information about scanned documents into system for processing.
- Assist in maintaining the physical document storage area, ensuring that documents are properly filed and secured.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive documents with care and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues related to document scanning and organization.
- Performs other related duties assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using scanning equipment and document management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office & Teams
Schedule:
- Full-time, Temporary Position – from 6 to 12 months
- Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
