About the Role

We are seeking a driven and eager Executive to provide support to the strategic planning and operational delivery of ticketing and hospitality services for a flagship FIFA World Cup project. This entry-level position is vital in helping our team provide a seamless, world-class experience for VIPs, sponsors, rights holders, and other invited guests.

Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, client stakeholders, technology providers, and external partners on an the end-to-end ticketing journey. This is a fast-paced and high-profile environment, requiring keen attention to detail, tech-savvy and excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Planning –  You will assist in the planning and execution of the ticketing and hospitality programme across various stages of the FIFA World Cup project, supporting Managers and Senior Managers in delivering smooth ticketing operations. You will also be there to support client interactions on ticketing-related queries and requests, ensuring accurate and timely responses while following FIFA ticketing guidelines. A collaborative mindset is also key as you’ll be working with other event teams - such as accreditation, transport, and hospitality—to support coordinated delivery of ticketing services.

  • Implementation – You will be integral in helping to implement ticket distribution processes and guest journey plans, ensuring alignment with event standards and client needs. You will also monitor ticketing activities against timelines and milestones, providing updates to senior team members and flagging any issues.

  • Evaluation and review – you will support in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents providing point of views and insights

  • Ticketing Systems – from your first day, you will be working across a number of different programmes and systems. You will coordinate with ticketing technology providers and vendors to ensure operational tasks and deliverables are met, provide basic user support for internal teams and maintain ticketing movement across the board.

Client / Account Management

  • Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions

  • Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and external agencies where relevant)

  • Effective management of own relationships with suppliers, all agencies, clients and partners

  • Assistance with content creation, brand merchandise and toolkits

  • Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost management

  • Event activation – involved in all aspects of the events from venue sourcing, staffing, branding, to creative execution, on-site support and main point of contact for suppliers

Self / Team Management

  • Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s business

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience within a similar role [agency-based] is preferred but not essential

  • Experience working on large global brands is preferred but not essential

  • Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines

  • Good communication skills – verbal and written

  • Creative thinking

  • Attention to detail

  • Knowledge of, and passion for, sport is a bonus

  • Open to feedback from clients and colleagues
