JOB TITLE: Customer Care Supervisor
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: FireLake Discount Foods
SUPERVISOR: Customer Service Manager
SALARY RANGE: $13.00-$24.00
FLSA: Non-Exempt
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible assisting the Customer Service Manager in executing the mission, vision and purpose for the store. Customer Service Supervisors are expected to maintain outstanding customer service and deliver excellence in all areas with emphasis on the Front End.
The ideal candidate is a positive and results-oriented person who is comfortable leading and motivating all types of individuals, while being comfortable having genuine interactions with FireLake Discount Foods guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the front end to include cleanliness, friendliness, cart availability, etc.
- Responsible for approval of voids and refunds.
- Responsible for the proper operation of the Customer Care Office to include all services available.
- Responsible for maintaining a fully trained staff for the Customer Care Office and the check stand operation.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
· Ability to supervise, train, and develop other people

· Capable of communicating clearly and concisely
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
· Ability to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpoints
· Ability to read and understand information and take direction
· Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
· Ability to work well with computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills
· Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS egister system.
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
- Ability to work varied hours or day’s as business dictates.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floors, stocks area, and register area.
- Ability to climb ladders.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain adherence to all store policies and procedures, as well as tribal.
- All other duties assigned by management
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Normal retail/grocery environment
· Work varied hours, days, nights, weekend, and holidays
