Position Summary
The Project Manager Support role provides day-to-day operational, reporting, and project execution support for the Chief of Staff at Transparent Partners. This role is integral to the rhythm of the business, ensuring meetings are run efficiently, internal initiatives move forward, and reporting is accurate and timely. The Project Manager Support partners across functions to enable efficient decision-making, business scaling, and go-to-market readiness.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and collaborative—capable of balancing structured coordination with flexible problem-solving. This role requires an individual with strong program management skills, advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency, and a growing curiosity for AI-powered business solutions.


The final compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s relevant professional experience, educational background, skill set, and overall alignment with the responsibilities and requirements of the role. Candidates who demonstrate significant experience, specialized expertise, or exceptional qualifications may be considered for compensation at the higher end of the range.


Responsibility: Meeting Management & Operations Support
  • Manage and maintain the company’s internal meeting cadence and operating rhythm including: Strategy & Services, AMS, New Business, Leadership, Knowledge Shares, Bites & Insights, Monthly State of the Business, and Board Meetings
  • *Inclusive of supporting the AMS team’s project manager for AI solutions development
  • Record, summarize, and distribute meeting notes and action items. Ensure all follow-ups are documented, tracked, and completed
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and schedules in partnership with the Chief of Staff and functional leaders
  • Lead the management of recruitment (lever), and new hire onboarding preparations


  • Responsibility: Performance & Financial Reporting
  • Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting including planned vs. actuals across clients, services, and team members using Ruddr
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to develop dashboards and data views that guide business decisions and leadership visibility


  • Responsibility: Internal Projects & Business Scaling
  • Drive the execution of high-priority internal projects to scale Transparent’s business operations—such as the development of job descriptions, team bios, and processes for annual and mid-year reviews
  • Support process documentation and optimization initiatives that improve internal efficiencies


  • Responsibility: AI Enablement & Tool Building
  • Collaborate with internal teams to explore, test, and build AI-driven tools that support internal operations and drive operational efficiencies
  • Contribute to the development and application of custom LLMs and other AI solutions where applicable


  • Responsibility: Events & Culture Enablement
  • Support business development and marketing events, including logistics, run-of-show coordination, and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead planning and execution of internal business events such as quarterly QBRs and culture initiatives


  • Responsibility: Go-to-Market Support
  • Support execution of Transparent’s go-to-market strategy, including content creation, asset development, and coordination with marketing and leadership teams
  • Support the design and implementation of the Transparent Partners website, including long term management and upkeep

  • On-time and accurate meeting documentation and follow-up tracking
  • Timely and consistent delivery of weekly/monthly reporting
  • Completion of internal initiatives and projects within defined timelines

  • Team Enablement & Communication
  • Positive feedback from Chief of Staff and functional leads
  • Consistent, proactive communication and project updates
  • Clear ownership of internal tasks and deliverables

  • Internal Impact & Scalability
  • Delivery of 2–3 internal tools, templates, or process assets annually (can be the optimization or automation of existing tools, processes, etc.)
  • Participation in knowledge sharing (e.g., enablement sessions, content contribution)

  • AI & Innovation
  • Participation in at least one AI-driven initiative annually
  • Contributions to AI tool prototyping, prompt engineering, or testing workflows


  • Position Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project/program management, business operations, or consulting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize complex topics simply
  • Highly organized, proactive, and friendly team player
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Experience with Ruddr, Asana, or equivalent project management software is a plus
  • AI experience—especially with LLMs, prompt development, or internal tool building—is a bonus
  • Brings energy, attention to detail, and a solution-first mindset to every task
