As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution and technical application of manufacturing processes and methods. Leveraging expertise in product design, materials, fabrication, and assembly, you will drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) while advancing lean manufacturing practices and automation. This role offers the opportunity to influence product design, lead impactful projects, and support continuous improvement efforts across a facility of 600+ team members.
 
What You Will Do
  • Research, design, and develop manufacturing processes for production flow, assembly methods, and fabrication equipment in alignment with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen SQDC performance.
  • Influence product design for manufacturability to ensure efficient and scalable production.
  • Lead large- and small-scale projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
  • Simplify, standardize, and automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Provide technical support for daily operations, applying lean problem-solving tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and supply chain to achieve facility goals.
  • Research and apply emerging technologies to strengthen and advance manufacturing capabilities.

What You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or technical operations.
  • Strong foundation in lean tools, continuous improvement methods, and project management.
  • Capacity and capability to learn automation skills such as programming, logic building, and coding.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., Ncell, Autopol) or interest in developing expertise.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while supporting a large, diverse workforce.
  • A growth mindset with enthusiasm for emerging technologies and process excellence.
