- Network Engineers are responsible for the network startup process for new sites. This includes discussing technology requirements with Regional IT Managers and Project Managers
- Install and configure network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points for new and existing jobsites and offices (LAN, WAN, WLAN), primarily Cisco Meraki environments.
- Exhibit troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills to address network-related challenges promptly.
- Coordinate the installation and configuration of services from Internet Service Providers (ISPs) at jobsites and offices across the country.
- Travel as needed to deploy and manage network solutions
- Install and configure security platforms that protect wired and wireless networks, including Network Access Control (NAC), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and VPN services.
- Technology planning for new branch offices and construction trailers. Joint Venture (JV) Technology Planning.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues, adhering to company policies for TTR and response time.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Maintain open lines of communication with Tier 1/ Tier 2 Helpdesk team members, to foster efficient issue resolution, effective troubleshooting techniques and timely escalations when needed.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software and firmware updates, patch management, and vulnerability remediation of systems managed by Network Team
- Oversee all aspects of network hardware inventory, including check-in, cleaning, functional testing, and organization; handle RMA requests and manage recycling of outdated equipment.
- Build, document, and maintain an adequate inventory of deployment-ready Dudeboxes (network kits), handling all logistics—including Meraki build-outs, preparing required documentation, and shipping hardware as needed
- Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability
- Work with outside vendors to support network, VoIP, and security equipment, as well as manage private network circuits.
- Troubleshooting and remediation of network access control (NAC).
- General support of AV and Conference rooms, and other conferencing Technologies, such as Polycom, Crestron, Teams Meeting Rooms.
- Basic administration of M365 Collaboration services and licensing, including Teams Admin Center, Teams Meeting Rooms and Teams Voice and any related user/group management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure optimal system uptime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides in all areas of responsibility to ensure accountability and knowledge sharing
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Level 2 Support or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
- Excellent listening, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Network administration in both Windows and Linux environments
- Experience deploying branch office networks with Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Wireless and/or Switches.
- Strong understanding of security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills to effectively manage network configurations and issues.
- Familiarity with web proxy services, such as Zscaler.
- Experience administering or deploying systems in public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC / 802.1x) platforms, specifically Forescout.
- Relevant network-related certifications.
- Basic experience with writing PowerShell scripts to perform administrative tasks
- Familiarity and/or experience with scripting or automation tools
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra AD and OKTA
- Tenable, Nessus or other vulnerability management products
- Conference Room technologies, such as Android or Windows MTR devices, Crestron operations or programming
- Experience supporting, managing or designing audio and video capabilities in enterprise conference rooms (TV/Displays, Microphones, Speakers, control panels, room schedulers, etc).
- Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMWare ESX, Hyper-V)
