Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Recruiter to join the HR team and help us attract, engage, and hire outstanding talent that will carry forward our mission. This role is fast-paced and requires a strong work ethic, adaptability, and drive. You will support full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding, while ensuring a positive and professional experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results.
  • Previous recruiting, HR, or administrative support experience is preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Promote Emory Valley Center’s mission and values in all recruitment activities.

Starting Rate of Pay: $43,000 BOE
