Technical Manager - Nuclear
Are you ready to shape the future of nuclear power generation? We're seeking a visionary Technical Manager – Nuclear to lead technical excellence and regulatory governance across our nuclear inspection and service delivery operations.
What You’ll Do
As a strategic technical leader, you’ll:
· Drive high-quality, safe service delivery across nuclear operations.
· Lead technical governance, accreditations, and regulatory compliance.
· Represent the business in industry committees and regulatory forums.
· Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring robust authorisation and training processes.
· Collaborate across inspection, sales, and delivery teams to support sustainable growth.
What You Bring
Essential:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Chartered Engineer status.
· Proven leadership in technical advisory roles within nuclear or highly regulated industries.
· Deep knowledge of RCC-M and ASME III codes.
· Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Desirable:
· Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1).
· Experience managing regulatory audits and accreditations.
· Ability to write procedures and mentor surveyors.
