We are looking for a Senior Benefits Coordinator that will be responsible for the strategic administration and oversight of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, leaves inclusive of short- and long-term disability, FMLA and state paid family leave programs (e.g., CO, NY, MN, CA etc.), and wellness initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between staff members, insurance providers, and the HR team to ensure seamless benefits enrollment, compliance, and communication.

What You Will Do:

Manage day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Leaves), inclusive of processing benefits enrollments, changes and terminations in ADP Workforce Now, to working behind the scenes checking invoices against staff enrollments. - Conduct benefit orientations for new hires on the weekly orientation call. And support staff questions at offboarding. -Administer the Leave of Absence program, including, STD, LTD, FMLA, MN Paid Family Leave, CO FAMLI, and CA FAMLI, from request through return.  

Maintain compliance with internal and state policies, ensuring accurate pay and employment records.  

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and resolutions as part of your role in managing the AskHR ticketing system.  

- Collaborate closely and in a timely manner with HR Business Partners, payroll, finance, managers and staff who need benefits assistance & information.  

- Create and contribute to staff benefit communications on an ongoing basis, standardizing where possible, and via monthly / quarterly updates to all staff.  

- Ensure compliance with federal & state regulations (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ACA). - Maintain accurate records and audit benefits data for accuracy and compliance.  

- Provide data for monthly benefit’s dashboard and ad hoc reporting, as needed.  

- Provide support for HRIS projects and audits as needed.  

What You Will Bring:

- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms  

- Strong analytical and reporting skills in Excel (must have Vlookup, pivot table & other Excel knowledge for managing large data sets)  

- Excellent written and verbal communication  

- Customer service orientation

- Familiarity with employment law, HR and Employee Benefit compliance  

- Experience with onboarding tools and platforms 

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  

-3–5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a senior or lead role. • Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.  

-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  

-Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.  

-CEBS or PHR certification is a plus.
