Manage drivers for on-time deliveries
Process drivers load information and paperwork for payroll and billing functions
Update billing requirements
Process lumper requests
Route and guide drivers on approved roads
Update directions on customers loads
Equipment management
Coordinate vehicle maintenance appointments
Maximize company asset utilization
Manage driver and customer retention
Direct and manage drivers to approved fuelling locations and mange Comdata fuel card maintenance
Manage and issue cash advances for roads expenses as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 years previous transportation experience
Computer skills, typing, AS400, excel, word
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Dispatch experience
Customer service
Interpersonal skills
DOT rules and regulations

Direct: Responsible for 40-60 drivers
