Technical Implementation Specialist 

Join Wisedocs as a Technical Implementation Specialist where you will be at the heart of bringing the Wisedocs solution to life for our customers. This isn’t just a behind-the-scenes role—it’s high visibility and high impact, where you’ll turn customer requirements into seamless, scalable solutions that drive real business outcomes. 

You’ll roll up your sleeves with API integrations, solution configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization—making sure every implementation not only works but works brilliantly. We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems, can explain complex ideas in clear, engaging ways, and is just as comfortable talking to a customer as they are diving into technical details.

Where you’ll be contributing: 
 
Technical Implementation & Configuration 

  • Lead configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting in collaboration with customers, project managers, and internal teams. 
  • Deliver tailored integrations and workflow optimizations that drive customer efficiency. 


Customer Support & Collaboration 

  • Act as the primary technical contact during implementations, providing expert guidance and resolving issues. 
  • Train customers and end-users to maximize adoption and value. 
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on goals and timelines. 


Documentation & Process Improvement 

  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and customizations. 
  • Shape best practices and scalable workflows, driving continuous process improvement. 
  • Track and analyze implementation metrics to inform future projects. 


You are a great fit if you have the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (asset). 
  • 2+ years in technical implementation, API integration, or similar role. 
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP) and proficiency in languages such as Python or JavaScript. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp) a plus. 
  • Familiarity with EHR, Insurance Tech, Legal Tech, or Claims Documentation an asset.
