Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Lead Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine. In this role, you will be expected to integrate inbound and outbound demand generation strategies to drive growth and revenue.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate SchoolMint’s growth across the K-12 market. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, a strong performance marketing mindset, and experience marketing to Charter and District Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy
- Own and evolve the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Develop segmented campaigns targeting district decision-makers, superintendents, enrollment directors, and communications leaders.
- Design outreach strategies tailored to both public school districts and charter management organizations.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, SEM, webinars, events, content syndication).
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-priority districts and charter networks.
Partnership & Association Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with K-12 Charter School Associations and District Administrators’ Associations (e.g., AASA, NAESP, National Alliance for Public Charter Schools).
- Identify partnership opportunities, co-marketing programs, and event sponsorships that increase SchoolMint’s visibility and credibility within these communities.
- Represent SchoolMint at association events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build awareness and generate demand.
Pipeline & Lead Management
- Drive MQLs and SALs through full-funnel initiatives and nurture programs.
- Partner closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure campaign follow-up and qualification processes are tight and effective.
Marketing Operations & Optimization
- Manage campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting using Salesforce, HubSpot, and other MarTech tools.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize messaging, channels, CTAs, and campaign performance.
- A/B test outbound messaging to specific personas, buyers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with content marketing, product, and design to create compelling assets for different stages of the buyer journey.
- Align with sales leadership and customer success to identify new business opportunities, cross-sells and fine-tune targeting strategies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in demand generation, B2B marketing, or growth marketing—preferably in EdTech or K-12 markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Experience targeting school charter and district leaders understanding seasonality and education sales cycles.
- Proven success generating qualified pipeline through digital and outbound campaigns.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
