Responsibilities:

  • Communicates and collaborates with Department Managers, Business Analysts and other team members to develop, and produce high-quality communication products in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Prepare, review, revise and maintain technical documentations, including product manuals, training material and client release notes
  • Develop and maintain templates for written documentation that meets and exceeds the company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of existing products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, English, Literature, and/or Writing a plus.
  • 3 years of experience writing as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical writer, or similar role.
  • Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization (virtually & in-person)
  • Federal and/or state election law knowledge is desired
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills:

  • Detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Strong writing and content research/strategy, proofreading and editing skill
  • Proven ability to work independently, managing one's own priorities and schedule.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client or vendor account management experience.
