Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Debt Capital Markets business levers StoneX’s global distribution footprint to create investment banking solutions for its clients across private credit advisory, public securities issuance and distressed M&A. An intern in the group can expect to:
- Perform fundamental corporate finance analysis on potential issuers to understand their financing needs, credit capacity and credit story
- Work with a senior analyst to prepare pitchbooks, valuation analyses etc. and be involved in the marketing of new business
- Assist in the preparation of New Deal Committee memoranda and follow up materials
- Assist in the drafting of teasers and Confidential Information Memoranda for live transactions
- Populate and maintain online data rooms
- Listen in on investor calls with client management teams
- Analyze investor term sheets
- Assist in the preparation of biweekly market update blast emails

Early Careers Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
- Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Working environment:
- 5 days in-office preferable
- Travel requirements (if applicable)
Hiring Hourly Rate Range $30- $40 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).
