Responsibilities:

Canyon Ranch is looking for Human Resources Specialist. You will be a part of a growing, passionate, and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, support on-boarding, off-boarding and all employee events in between, and provide broad support for day-to-day human resources activities. You will answer phones, prepare materials and conduct scheduling meetings, respond to employment verification requests. Assist employees with their benefits including education, completing enrollment forms, changes/updates, etc. Create and maintain employee personnel and confidential records. Assist with coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and employee trainings. This role will continue to grow for the right person!

Qualifications:

1-2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, supporting an extremely fast paced department.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, ADP, ICIM's. 

You should have a passion for helping people and solving problems with an intuitive follow-up ability and customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both via email and phone. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. You also enjoy being in a role that supports and assists HR Leaders and being one very important piece of the team.
