CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – ServiceNow opening for our client in Armonk, NY.

 

Location: Armonk, NY
Duration: 12 months

 

Duties:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM frameworks.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with SolarWinds and other enterprise tools to enhance monitoring and automation.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to map infrastructure components to services, improving visibility, dependency management, and service impact analysis.

  • Provide leadership and thought guidance in solving business process and technical challenges.

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts.

  • Perform system and data analysis, drawing actionable insights to improve IT service delivery.

  • Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow development and integration projects.

  • Document technical processes and present complex solutions in a clear and simplified manner.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.

  • Experience with SolarWinds integration into ServiceNow.

  • Leadership and consulting skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow-related technologies including Web Services, LDAP, and JavaScript.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.

  • Demonstrated experience in ITSM frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with SolarWinds and its integration with ServiceNow.

  • Strong track record of providing thought leadership in business and technical problem-solving.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferably a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
