Summary/Objectives

RJ Young is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role manages cross-channel campaign planning and serves as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external agency partners for creative, paid media, and public relations initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, clear communicator, and collaborative team player who thrives at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution.

Essential Functions

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across business lines and target segments
  • Manage all campaign components including email, direct mail, landing pages, ABM, LinkedIn Ads, and paid media
  • Serve as the primary liaison with agency partners
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams (content, sales, design, digital)
  • Use Asana for project and task management, ensuring on-time delivery and visibility Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization               recommendations

2.Public Relations & Media

  • Collaborate with PR agency partners to develop and distribute press releases
  • Maintain and update media lists and outreach plans
  • Coordinate internal approvals, executive quotes, and launch communications 
  • Identify and manage submissions for relevant industry and company awards

3. Location & Acquisition Launch Campaigns

  • Lead communications planning and execution for new office locations and acquisitions
  • Coordinate press releases, welcome kits, ribbon-cutting events, and Chamber of Commerce involvement
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to launch localized marketing campaigns
  • Update location maps, websites, and internal platforms in support of go-to-market efforts
  • Own internal and external stakeholder communications for major launches

4. Marketing Communications & Editorial Oversight

  • Maintain the marketing editorial calendar and ensure alignment across content channels
  • Collaborate with agency and internal partners to produce campaign messaging, scripts,    and supporting assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, digital channels, and email communications

5. Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Stay informed on partner programs and vendor promotions to support co-marketing opportunities
  • Represent marketing in regular check-ins with key partners and technology providers
  • Coordinate agency and partner meetings and ensure integrated support across PR, content, design, and paid media

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This position is full time in our Nashville location.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on go to campaign planning and execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; familiarity with Asana or similar tools

  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and creative partners

  • Experience running paid media campaigns and reporting

  • Experience with ABM platforms and strategies

  • Experience with go to market strategies and campaign metrics/reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with integrated campaign channels, including email, social, paid  media, and direct mail

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in B2B or multi-location marketing environment

  • Exposure to acquisition or location-based marketing programs

  • Previous go to market or growth marketing role

  • Knowledge of direct mail strategy and execution

  • Experience in technology companies
