Position: Senior Facilities Manager
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Superior is looking for an efficient and dependable Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations at both our Headquarters and Advanced Logistics Facility (ALF). The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, consistent office standards, and effective vendor and facility management across both locations. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio and our Advanced Logistics Facility in Gahanna, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations, office supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor management, and internal events with guidance from leadership
- Partner with HR and IT on onboarding, desk setup, A/V, access management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage and develop a team of 3–4 direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Oversee mail/shipping coordination, supply orders, deliveries, and document management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility operations at HQ and ALF
- Establish and maintain consistent office policies, procedures, and standards across locations
- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and office expenses
- Lead office space planning, moves, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Liaise with building owners/management for repairs, security, and facilities-related issues
- Travel between HQ and ALF as needed (typically 1–2 times per week)
- Support leadership with special projects, audits, and facility upgrades
- Ensure environmental compliance, permits, and safety requirements tied to office operations

Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or multi-site facility coordination
- Required: You have a High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Required: You are proficient with Microsoft Office and facility-related systems
- Required: You have strong vendor management and budgeting skills
- Required: You have strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance)
- Required: You have prior experience managing a team
- Bonus points: You have experience supporting multi-site facilities
- Bonus Points: You have experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facility
