As the Child Care Business Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Support and establish goals for provider CCMS onboarding and ongoing engagement with CCMS, ensuring provider use of key system functions.
Analyze CCMS data to assess enrollment trends, revenue patterns, outstanding payments, subsidy tracking, and compliance
- Monitor meals and snacks served and other CACFP-related data in CCMS and collaborate with provider and CCRC staff to ensure that all data is inputted into sponsor software within required time frames.
- Support providers in implementing HR best practices, including job descriptions, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and retention strategies.
Child Care Business Specialist Minimum Salary: $22 an hour
Child Care Business Specialist Maximum Salary: $22 an hour
Child Care Business Specialist Schedule: 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday. MTWF- 8:30-4PM, Thurs- 8:30-6:30PM
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in early childhood development or related field.
1 to 3 years child care experience
