Social Support Coordinator
Position Description:
The Social Support Coordinator provides our individuals services related to program planning, services, and supports with proficiency and person-centered values. Whether through direct training or collaborating with professionals in other disciplines, the Social Support Coordinator strives to set opportunities for individuals to realize their highest potential and reach their highest goals. All services are provided at the highest standard of professional practice, complying with standards by both federal and state regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field
- One year experience in Human Services
- Must be able to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
