This role will focus on building and enhancing the enterprise platform capabilities that enable organizations to manage and scale their Sigma deployments confidently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop horizontal product strategies for enterprise-grade platform capabilities, security, and governance across multiple product teams in Sigma.
  • Define a roadmap to directly address critical customer pain points related to manual access management, security lapses, and compliance challenges in fast-growing environments.
  • Own features and frameworks for authentication (SSO, SCIM, OAuth), role-based access control (RBAC), permissions, encryption, and customer-managed keys (CMK).
  • Translate complex identity and access challenges into simple, intuitive, and scalable product solutions
  • Enhance audit logging, monitoring, and multi-tenant deployment capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to build robust platform features.
  • Work closely with customers to understand scalability, security, and governance pain points and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise platform features and work with customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, security, or platform infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security models, authentication protocols, scalability, and compliance frameworks.
  •
  • Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams on deeply technical projects.
  • Ability to balance security, scalability, and usability, ensuring platform features enhance, rather than hinder, the user experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for building scalable enterprise platforms and enabling trust in analytics solutions.
  • MBA is a plus

About us:

Sigma is the only cloud analytics and business intelligence tool empowering business teams to break free from the confines of the dashboard, explore data for themselves, and make better, faster decisions. The award-winning software was built to capitalize on the performance power of cloud data warehouses to combine data sources and analyze billions of rows of data instantly via an intuitive, spreadsheet-like interface – no coding required.

Since launching with its unique interface, Sigma Computing has added features such as collaboration tools and embedded analytics capabilities. The most recent product launch included a set of AI tools such as forecasting capabilities, an AI copilot and a notebook interface for users who prefer a code-first environment.

Sigma announced its $200M in Series D financing in May 2024, to continue transforming BI through its innovations in AI infrastructure, data application development, enterprise-wide collaboration, and business user adoption. Spark Capital and Avenir Growth Capital co-led the Series D funding round, with additional participation from a group of past investors including Snowflake Ventures and Sutter Hill Ventures. The Series D funding, raised at a valuation 60% higher than the company’s Series C round three years ago, promises to further accelerate Sigma’s growth.
